Banana worms, are about half the size of micro worms, a great first feed. 

Walter worms are slightly larger, a great feed for a couple days into their little lives,

Micro worms are the largest of the three, and can be fed to most fry once the fish are a few more days old. 

Vinegar eels are quite small as well, great for newly hatched fry to offer a varied diet.

All of these live feeds are small enough to linger in the water column for some time (The smaller the worm, the longer), allowing the fry the opportunity to chase, and hunt them without falling to the bottom and being lost in the media at the bottom of the tank.
